Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food production activities, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen operations

- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless serving and timely delivery of orders
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and control food costs effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience in food production, cooking, and kitchen management within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership in managing culinary teams
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation practices
- Excellent skills in food preparation, presentation, and culinary techniques
