Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Security Supervisor – Mobile Patrol to oversee mobile patrol operations and manage on-shift security staff. The role requires a hands on supervisor who can carry out patrols, coordinate staff schedules, and ensure high standards of security and professionalism across all assigned sites.
Requirements
- Valid SIA licence (essential)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Previous experience in a security supervisory role
- Mobile patrol experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage staff and resolve issues effectively
- Flexible availability to work days, nights, and weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out mobile patrols across designated locations
- Supervise security officers and provide operational support
- Create and manage staff rotas and shift schedules
- Ensure all patrols and duties are completed to company standards
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
- Complete accurate reports and maintain records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SIA standards
- Maintain a professional presence at all times
