Summary
We are seeking a Team Leader to join our team working within Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality home care services, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to live comfortably and independently within their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Manage part of the Ann Inspired Care team with the support of our Service Co-ordinators and our area Manager.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Support and train new staff.
- Complete regular reviews with clients and instigate any changes that need to take place.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in their condition.
Requirements
- Experience in Home Care or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Ability to develop and follow care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.

Pay: £14.40-£15.80 per hour
