AW Electrics Sheffield Ltd is a well-established, third-generation family business specialising in electrical contracting, Solar PV, battery storage and EV charging.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced, fully qualified Electrician to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and, importantly, understands that providing an exceptional customer experience is just as important as delivering high-quality electrical work.
Responsibilities
- Domestic and commercial electrical installations
- Inspection and testing
- Fault finding and electrical maintenance
- Solar PV installations
- Battery storage installations
- EV charger installations
- Completing electrical certification and associated paperwork
- Liaising professionally with customers and other members of the team
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and professional working environment
Qualifications
- Full electrical qualification to NVQ Level 3 / AM2 or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- Excellent knowledge of electrical installation and testing
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent literacy and written communication skills
- Good computer and IT skills
- The ability to complete paperwork and digital documentation accurately
- An excellent track record of working professionally and providing outstanding customer service
- The ability to work independently while also being part of a team
