The Role:
Acting as the vital bridge between our Project Managers and the Studio Department, your primary focus will be ensuring our print workflows run seamlessly. You’ll be responsible for preparing files for production, maintaining quality control, and ensuring all documentation is accurate for our studio team to get proofs out to our customers.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What you’ll be doing:
- Pre-flighting: Utilising Automation Engine to check and prepare files for production.
- Quality Assurance: Diligently cross-referencing sizes, bleeds, and file quality to ensure a perfect final result.
- Workflow Management: Inputting file information accurately into job paperwork so our studio team can proof jobs efficiently.
What you bring to the team:
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and InDesign.
- Competency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A proactive attitude and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
