About TFC
The Freehold Collective (TFC) delivers and manages leasehold enfranchisement projects for leaseholder clients. The TFC Partner Network (TPN) is our network of solicitors, surveyors and other professionals who work alongside us on those projects.
TFC runs a twelve month marketing plan covering PR, search and design, alongside the Partner Network. Direction is set by the founder and our external marketing consultant. This role delivers against it.
Purpose of the role
This role coordinates delivery. It schedules, chases, drafts short form content, publishes, tracks and reports, and it carries some day to day administration for both TFC and the Partner Network.
The role is a support role, and it has two sides.
- On the TFC side, you support the account managers on their projects and support the marketing plan.
- On the Partner Network side, you support the partner manager on his projects and partner engagements.
Most of what you produce is for someone else to use. Some tasks will involve dealing with clients and partners directly, for example gathering a case study, running webinar registrations, or following up a partner onboarding. In those cases you are acting in support of the person who owns that relationship, and you keep them informed.
The role does not set marketing strategy, does not carry responsibility for a case or a client relationship of its own, and does not line manage anyone.
Each process established during the engagement is documented as a standard operating procedure, so the role can be handed on cleanly.
Core responsibilitiesMarketing plan coordination
- Maintain the marketing plan tracker. Keep owners, dates and status current.
- Chase task owners on due and overdue items, and escalate slippage early rather than at month end.
- Track committed spend by category and month against the annual plan, and flag variances.
- Coordinate supplier delivery against agreed dates and deliverables.
Content pipeline
- Run the content pipeline end to end: brief, draft, review, approval, publication, distribution.
- Draft short form content, including social commentary posts, the monthly marketing email and webinar promotion.
- Commission and chase the monthly authority article from the team. This role does not write authority articles.
- Coordinate customer case studies, working with the account manager who holds the relationship.
- Route all external content for approval before publication.
- Maintain the content calendar, and monitor website content to keep it current.
Support to account managers
- Support the account management team on project administration & specific project tasks.
- Help keep opportunities and project records current.
- Pick up defined tasks that free the account managers to focus on their clients.
Partner Network support
- Support the partner manager on the running of the network.
- Maintain partner records and deal stages in our CRM.
- Process partner onboarding from agreement through to welcome and benefits set up.
- Deliver tier communications and the partner newsletter.
- Monitor tender distribution to partners, and log partner feedback.
- Coordinate webinars: registration, reminders, recording, follow up and list management.
- Support event and sponsorship activity.
Reporting and process
- Prepare the weekly performance summary for the marketing management meeting.
- Provide a weekly status update covering what shipped, what slipped, and what is blocked and on whom.
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures for each recurring process.
- Keep partner and supplier records complete, so a successor could take over without a briefing.
Skills and attributes
Required
- Highly organised. Able to hold a plan with many moving parts, and chase people without being asked twice.

- Accurate. Partner facing and client facing output must be error free.
