About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Live-in Care Recruiter to join our growing team. This fully remote position is ideal for a recruitment professional with experience in UK healthcare staffing, particularly within the live-in care sector.
You will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding successful care professionals. The role requires strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for live-in care professionals
- Source, screen, interview, and assess suitable candidates
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified carers
- Match candidates with appropriate live-in care opportunities
- Coordinate interviews, compliance checks, and onboarding processes
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Accurately update and manage recruitment records using ATS and recruitment systems
- Meet recruitment targets and support business growth objectives
Requirements
- Previous experience in UK healthcare recruitment, staffing, or live-in care recruitment
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and recruitment processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented approach
- While this is a remote role, candidates located in Delhi or Gurgaon will be preferred for ease of coordination and team collaboration.
