Solv-X are an expanding importer and distributor of an extensive range of Consumer Accessories encompassing Personal, Home and Stationery products.
We supply over 8000 retailers in Ireland and the UK, with premises outside Newry and Dundalk. Established since 1994, we have over 60 full time and 20-part time Colleagues.
Our Product range includes our own Solv-X branded range as well as leading brands such as FIFO, Bic, Murphy & Barrett candles, Favour and Little Tree.
The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Cullaville. This role will support the smooth running of daily office operations within a busy and fast-paced environment, with occasional support across HR-related administration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support across daily office operations.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence in a professional manner.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Support the sales and management teams with administrative tasks.
- Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting, communication, and data entry.
- Assist with basic accounts processing and data entry using Sage or similar software.
- Provide light HR administrative support, including maintaining employee records and assisting with documentation when required.
- Help coordinate office processes to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Support general business operations as needed.
Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
