Are you an experienced clinician looking to take the next step into a senior leadership role?
We are working with a clinician-led healthcare provider looking for a Neurodevelopmental Service Lead to oversee ASD and ADHD services across both adult and children’s pathways.
This is a senior role with a strong focus on clinical quality, governance and service improvement, while still allowing time for complex clinical work.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide clinical and operational leadership across ASD and ADHD services.
- Support the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.
- Oversee safeguarding, clinical risk, waiting lists and service performance.
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, including line management and supervision.
- Improve pathways, processes, clinical standards and audit activity.
- Work closely with senior clinical colleagues to deliver service improvements.
What we’re looking for You’ll need significant post-qualification experience within neurodevelopmental services, ASD, ADHD or mental health, alongside experience in a senior clinical or leadership position.
You should have:
- Current NMC registration with advanced practice experience, or HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Experience leading or supporting multidisciplinary teams.
- A good understanding of clinical governance, safeguarding and risk.
- Experience of service delivery and improving clinical pathways.
