Asbestos Administrator – Removal Division

About the role
We're looking for an organised, proactive Asbestos Administrator to support our busy Removal Division. You'll be the backbone of the team's day-to-day operations, keeping jobs moving, documents compliant, and clients informed.
Key responsibilities
- Booking asbestos removal jobs and coordinating diaries for site teams
- Preparing and sending quotes to clients, and following up on outstanding quotations
- Updating and issuing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) for upcoming works
- sending enquiries to licensed contractors
- Booking air monitoring visits with analysts
- Saving, filing, and issuing certificates (clearance certificates, consignment notes, waste documentation) accurately and on time
- Maintaining job files and trackers so every project is audit-ready
- General administrative support to contracts managers and site supervisors — answering calls, handling emails, chasing paperwork
- liaising with the removals teams on a daily basis
About you
- Strong administration experience, ideally in asbestos, construction, or environmental services
- Confident juggling multiple jobs and deadlines without dropping details
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and job management systems
- Clear, professional communicator on the phone and in writing
- Knowledge of asbestos industry documentation (RAMS, ASB5s, clearances) is a strong advantage — full training given for the right candidate
