Job description
Are you experienced in providing support to clients with Addictions, Homelessness Support with Young Adults/ Adults, Complex Mental Health needs , Housing Support Outreach Services.
You will be providing emotional and practical help to encourage well being and independent living . You will be experienced in offering support to maintain a safe environment for daily living. Able to adhere to care/support plans, risk assessments. Provide clear and accurate records , work collaboratively with staff and management.
There are a range of hours and shifts available to suit all and we can provide you with flexible and rewarding work options to suit your availability and experience .
It is essential applicants have a right to work within the UK. Have a minimum of 6 months previous experience in support work in the UK and must be willing to work flexibly, with SVQ 2 or HNC Social Care qualification a necessity/ or working towards achieving SVQ or HNC Social Care qualification.
All applicants will be subject 2 professional reference checks and must already be/willing to become a member of the PVG scheme and register with SSSC.
