We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting daily sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. You will play a key role in driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques while maintaining a well-organised store environment.Duties
- Meeting Sales targets
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
- Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, handling cash and card payments efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or in-person with excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Multi Tasking between sales, shop maintenance, stock takes and communication.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling products is highly desirable.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Organisational skills to maintain a tidy workspace and ensure stock is replenished as needed.
- A friendly disposition with a passion for helping others and providing outstanding service.
- Social Media Skills are welcome.

Weekly pay at the Min.Wage of your age category.
