Weekend Lettings Negotiator (Saturdays) – Summer Role

Virelle Group is a fast-growing lettings and property management company with properties across London. We're looking for an enthusiastic Weekend Lettings Negotiator to join our team this summer, helping prospective tenants view apartments across our London portfolio.
The Role
- Working Saturdays only, up to 6 hours per shift
- Accompanying prospective applicants on viewings of apartments across London
- Representing Virelle Group professionally at every viewing — first impressions matter
- Providing feedback to the lettings team following viewings
- Helping build rapport with applicants to support successful lets

Who We're Looking For
- Friendly, presentable, and confident meeting new people
- Reliable and punctual - comfortable managing a schedule of back-to-back viewings
- Previous experience in estate agency, hospitality, retail, or any front-of-house role is ideal
- Good communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable navigating London using public transport
Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
