Production Junior Sous Chef at Padella
Daytime shifts, 5 days a week up to 45 hours.

Padella was London’s pioneering fresh pasta concept when it opened in Borough Market in 2016, focusing on high quality, seasonal recipes and techniques developed at Tim & Jordan’s first restaurant, Trullo, and at St John, The River Cafe and Moro, where they trained.
We’re still leading the field in our love for traditional Italian pasta; the kind you eat in people’s homes and in the best trattorias in Italy, while using a combination of the best quality and high welfare italian and British seasonal ingredients.
We believe in unearthing and developing the most talented Production Junior Sous Chefs in a friendly and supportive environment that prizes product knowledge and staff welfare above everything else. Intermediate and Advanced level WSET Training is included for Production Junior Sous Chefs.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or Junior Sous Chef
