The Role
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll represent well-known brands by answering incoming customer calls, resolving queries, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This is a customer-facing role where no two days are the same. You'll receive hands-on coaching from experienced team members, helping you develop confidence, communication skills, and a strong understanding of customer engagement.
