Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair cutting, styling and colouring services tailored to each client’s preferences and features
- Offer expert advice on hair care routines, products, and styling techniques to enhance client satisfaction
- Engage in upselling of retail products and additional services to maximize client value and salon revenue
- Manage front desk duties such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a smooth workflow
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster a collaborative and skilled environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with health and safety standards
Experience
- Proven experience as a professional Hairdresser with a strong portfolio of diverse styling technique, especially blondes.
- Skilled in customer service with excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively
- Experience in upselling retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon profitability
Pay: £100.00-£250.00 per day
