Glow Up Studios is looking for an exceptional Studio Host & Manager to become the face of our busy Manchester studio.
This is NOT a standard receptionist role.
We need someone with BIG energy, a bubbly personality and strong management experience who can take ownership of the studio day, lead the team and ensure every client receives an amazing experience.
You will be the face of the brand, so personality, professionalism and presentation are extremely important.
THE ROLE
You’ll be responsible for:
* Running the studio reception and overseeing the full client journey
* Managing the daily diary, bookings and appointments
* Handling telephone enquiries confidently and professionally
* Keeping the CRM updated and organised
* Ensuring all studio floors run smoothly, efficiently and on time
* Coordinating photographers, retouchers and other studio staff
* Managing staff, delegating daily tasks and ensuring they are completed
* Maintaining extremely high standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation
* Dealing with client queries and resolving day-to-day issues
* Liaising directly with the Studio Owner
* Taking ownership of the studio and making sure the entire day runs seamlessly
WHO WE NEED
You MUST have at least 3 years’ management experience, whether that’s managing a team, large retail store, hospitality venue, salon, studio or another busy customer-facing environment.
We are specifically looking for someone who is:

You must also be comfortable with social media and being on camera. Our team regularly gets involved in behind-the-scenes content, Reels and videos, so we want someone who isn’t afraid to get involved and show their personality.
HOURS & AVAILABILITY
This is a 5-day role, Wednesday to Sunday, and full weekend availability is essential.
Our hours are client-led and can vary. There will be early starts and some long days, particularly at weekends, when we can sometimes finish around 8pm.

We don’t want someone who simply wants to sit behind a reception desk.
We want a natural host and experienced manager who can walk into the studio, bring incredible energy, take control of the day and make sure both our clients and team are looked after to an exceptional standard.
