Caledonia ELT Recycling Limited are a waste management company specialising in Tyre Recycling. We are professional, customer-centric, and fast-paced.
We have openings for waste operatives to assist with the sorting and processing of waste tyres at our busy recycling yard in Blantyre.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the unloading and sorting of waste deliveries to site.
- Loading of material into on-site machinery.
- Adhering to all H&S and SEPA Waste Management License regulations.
- Liaising with office, drivers and yard staff.
- General housekeeping duties.
Please note, this is a physically demanding job and reliability is key.
Skills and Qualities Required:
- Excellent Communication and Organisational Skills.
- Have an ability to carry out repetitive tasks.
- Good Attitude and Work Ethic with a friendly and professional customer service manner.
- Full clean UK Driving license desired but not essential.
- Forklift license is desired but not essential.
- Ability to work within a small team.
Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
40 Hours per week + overtime
Weekly Pay in arrears.
20 Days Annual Leave plus public/bank holidays.
