Responsibilities
- Perform professional eyelash extension applications, including classic, volume, and hybrid styles, tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide expert recommendations for lash styles and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment following health and safety standards.
- Educate clients on proper aftercare routines to prolong the longevity of their lash extensions.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently while providing exceptional customer service from greeting to checkout.
- Stay updated on the latest lash trends, techniques, and products to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Foster positive relationships with clients through clear communication, professionalism, and personalized care.
Requirements
- Proven experience or training in eyelash extension application.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and explain aftercare instructions clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly, energetic attitude with a passion for enhancing clients’ beauty routines.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to beauty services.
