M&M Supply is recruiting on behalf of a well-established education organisation for an experienced Senior HR Adviser to join a growing HR team supporting multiple education settings across the South West.

The Role
As a Senior HR Adviser, you will:
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers on a wide range of employee relations matters.
- Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and performance processes.
- Advise on employment legislation, HR policies and best practice.
- Build positive working relationships with leaders across multiple sites.
- Support organisational change projects, restructures and consultations where required.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives.
- Analyse HR data and provide reports to support decision-making.
- Coach and develop managers to build confidence in people management.
- Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to deliver a high-quality HR service.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and systems.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience as an HR Adviser, Senior HR Adviser or HR Business Partner.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
- Excellent communication, coaching and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work independently while managing a varied workload.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites where required.
A CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) would be highly desirable.
