We are looking for kind and caring people to join our team as Healthcare Assistants
in providing the best and dedicated care in conjunction with our partners care team in Nursing and Residential Care Homes in and around Yorkshire and in particular the YORK Area.
We are unable to provide sponsorship for this position so you must be able to provide evidence of a current right to work in the UK

We seek experienced, adaptable and flexible care assistants who meet our requirements for this role based within York.
Job Responsibilities:
- Working within a supportive team of highly trained professionals, you will be required to provide exceptional support and care services in line with care plans providing person-centered care to our service users.
- Providing excellent physical, emotional and personal care to service users.
- Maintaining good and effective communication with service users and colleagues.
- Reporting any wellbeing/safeguarding concerns.
- Ensuring the home is kept clean, tidy and safe to maintain health and safety standards.
Who we are looking for:
- Caring and compassionate people, with a passion to help others in a safe manner.
- Initiative to work alone but also a team player.
- Strong communication skills (multi lingual) and highly flexible.
- Previous experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
- Individuals with who have their own transportation will be preferred, but it is not essential.
In order to safeguard our partners, service user and other employees, successful applicants will be mandated to undertake an enhanced DBS check
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
