Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems on various construction sites and facilities. Your expertise will ensure that all electrical work complies with safety standards and technical specifications, contributing to the successful completion of projects that power our clients’ properties.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in commercial and industrial settings
- Installation of EV chargers for domestic and commercial properties
- Installation of solar and batteries for Domestic and Commercial
- General electrical work for domestic and commercial
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute precise installations
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete wiring tasks on construction sites
- Conduct testing of electrical circuits using instruments such as ohmmeters and ammeters to ensure proper functionality
- Follow NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and safety protocols at all times during installation and maintenance activities
- Assist with low voltage wiring projects including security systems, alarms, CCTV, access control, and electric vehicle charging stations
- Collaborate with construction teams to frame carpentry elements when necessary for electrical installations
Requirements
- Proven experience as an industrial or commercial electrician with a strong background in electrical installation and maintenance
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other testing equipment
- Knowledge of NEC standards for high voltage and low voltage systems
- Construction site experience demonstrating the ability to work safely in dynamic environments
- Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately for complex electrical systems
- Strong understanding of electrical theory combined with practical skills in framing carpentry when needed
- Valid electrician license or certification as required by local regulations
- Full Drivers License
