Responsibilities

- Foster strong relationship management with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and mutual satisfaction.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, documentation, and compliance to support smooth daily operations.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members to promote professional growth.
- Coordinate training sessions and onboarding processes for new staff to ensure they are well-equipped for their roles.
- Monitor team activities, resolve conflicts promptly, and motivate staff to maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management or supervising roles with a strong background in team leadership.
- Demonstrated ability in relationship management, ensuring effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Previous administrative experience supporting operational functions such as scheduling, reporting, or documentation.
- Experience in program management or coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Supervising experience is preferred; a track record of motivating teams toward shared goals is essential.
