FareShare Kent delivered over 1,300 tonnes of good quality surplus food to charities and good causes across Kent and Medway in 2025/26. In partnership with our national charity Felix, we rescue, repurpose and share surplus food that would otherwise go to waste, turning an environmental problem into a social opportunity through our food storage and distribution operation, based in our warehouses located on Ashford Business Park. We’re looking for a committed Head of Operations who can oversee the successful delivery of our food services and ensure that no good food goes to waste. We‘re about fuller plates, fuller communities and fuller lives. Proven management experience in the voluntary sector or in food logistics are both desirable qualities for this role.
