Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of retail technology solutions to streamline operations and improve customer engagement.
- Oversee visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are attractive, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Supervise a team of merchandising staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing environment.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to create compelling visual assets for promotional displays, signage, and digital content.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
- Maintain organizational efficiency by managing schedules, inventory levels, and administrative records related to merchandising activities.
- Support multilingual communication efforts to ensure clarity across diverse teams and customer bases.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in retail or merchandising environments with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for designing visual content.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in merchandising strategies, store layout planning, and visual presentation techniques.
- Background in administrative tasks such as record keeping, reporting, and coordinating team activities.
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable to facilitate effective communication within diverse teams.
- Prior experience with retail technology tools or systems is a plus.
