Advanced Healthcare Ltd (AHL) is a leading UK medical device manufacturer with a 40-year track record in the dental industry. Due to our global success and to support our ambitious growth targets, we are now seeking a customer-centric sales coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our sales processes run smoothly and our customers receive an excellent level of service.
Your role
- Coordinate customer enquiries, communications and ongoing sales support.
- Previous experience with Sage 200 is desirable and would be an advantage.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through to completion.
- Liaise with Sales, Operations, Production, Quality Control and Artwork Design teams to ensure orders progress smoothly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and order documentation.
- Support artwork requirements, approvals and related documentation.
- Assist with export documentation, shipping arrangements and delivery coordination.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
- Supervise and support the Artwork Design & Office Support team member with order processing and artwork requirements.
- Ensure customer requirements are communicated clearly across relevant internal departments.
- Identify and resolve order or customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the continuous improvement of sales and order-processing procedures.
- Undertake other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
