You'll fit in well if you:

What the role typically involves
- Full 360 recruitment, from business development through to candidate placement
- Building and managing client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and becoming a trusted point of contact
- Sourcing, screening and placing candidates into live roles
- Proactively developing new business through calls, meetings and networking
- Managing the process end to end, negotiating terms and managing expectations along the way
- Working toward clear, target-based progression with genuine routes into management
