As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy, strengthen our online presence and support student recruitment and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase student enrolment and brand awareness.
- Plan and manage SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media campaigns.
- Create engaging digital content across multiple platforms.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to maximise user engagement and conversion.
- Analyse campaign performance using digital analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational partners, business organizations and B2B clients.
- Support student recruitment initiatives in both UK and international markets.
- Coordinate marketing activities for new online courses and educational programmes.
- Work closely with academic and management teams to ensure marketing aligns with business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets and identify opportunities to improve return on investment.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Essential Requirements
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
- Experience in digital marketing, brand management or student recruitment.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads and social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a growing business.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
Desirable Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Nepali to support engagement with Nepali-speaking students, parents and education partners.
- Understanding of the educational aspirations, decision-making process and communication preferences of prospective Nepali students seeking professional and higher education opportunities.
- Experience developing marketing campaigns for the Nepali education market and building relationships with educational consultants, institutions and business partners in Nepal.
- Cultural awareness and the ability to develop marketing strategies that effectively engage Nepali-speaking audiences while supporting the company's international student recruitment objectives.
- Experience within the education, training or e-learning sector.
- Experience developing B2B partnerships.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Experience managing international marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of online learning platforms and digital education.
