Role Overview
As a Bartender at The Dial, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience. You’ll craft great drinks with speed, consistency, and flair, while bringing energy and personality behind the bar. We’re looking for bartenders with a knowledge of craft beer and brewing as well as solid cocktail knowledge, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Be part of the opening team, helping set up bar operations, stock, and service standards.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits to spec, with consistency and efficiency.
- Deliver friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the cocktail menu, classic recipes, spirits, and current trends.
- Work closely with the floor team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with bar prep, and follow stock rotation procedures.
- Ensure the bar is always clean, organised, and fully set for service.
- Follow all licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene policies.
- Engage with guests, upsell where appropriate, and create a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
Skills & Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a cocktail bar, busy restaurant, or hospitality venue.
- Solid knowledge of craft beer and brewing techniques; creativity is a plus.
- Confident under pressure, able to work quickly without compromising quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- High standards of professionalism, organisation, and cleanliness.
- A passion for hospitality, cocktails, and live music culture.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
