What you will bring
- Previous supervisory experience in Housekeeping within a 5-star luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a high-performing team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining luxury standards.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Your responsibilities
- Prepare daily worksheets for Floor Housekeepers, Room Attendants, Linen Porters and Public Area Attendants with special daily, weekly and monthly duties
- Check all vacant and occupied rooms on the assigned floors daily so as to ensure they are supplied, cleaned and presented to the standard of the Hotel and LQA
- Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
