We are seeking a dedicated, reliable and hardworking Dental Nurse to join our team within our mixed NHS and Private Dental Practice . Within your role at 606 Dental Practice you will support our dentists, hygienists and therapists during patient treatments, ensure the highest standard of patient care and maintain a smooth and efficient clinical environment. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help to create a welcoming atmosphere where patients can feel comfortable and cared for.
Hourly rate is dependant on experience and this will be discussed at interview stage.
Responsibilities
- Assist our clinicians during various dental procedures, including preparing instruments and materials.
- Provide exceptional patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring comfort throughout treatments.
- Maintaining strict infection control protocols to ensure a safe clinical environment for patients and staff.
- Manage patient records accurately using Carestream R4, ensuring all information is up-to-date and confidential.
- Organize clinical supplies and equipment to ensure a smooth running day for daily procedures.
Qualifications - A recognised Dental Nursing qualification and GDC registration is required, ideally with 2+ years of post qualification experience. Must have indemnity insurance also.
