The role
We are seeking dynamic individual to join the fulfilmentcrowd account management team. We look after a diverse portfolio of Premier and smaller strategic clients. As an integral member of the team you will be ambitious, commercially aware, empathetic, service orientated and comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity to find solutions for clients.
As a driven individual you will support our clients by providing effective and innovative solutions to client pain points, offering an efficient and easy way for our clients to do business with us, ensuring our processes and procedures are maintained and contractual SLA’s are met in line with client expectations.
You will also have a love for improving the customer experience and have the ability to identify key themes and trends to create a continuous improvement culture that will drive client retention alongside opportunities for revenue growth.
This role will require occasional travel; the emphasis will be on providing a stable UK based position of contact for your prescribed portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities include:
· Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
· Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders both within a clients organisation and internally
· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
· Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
· Identify areas of improvement including potential opportunities for expansion
· Forecast client activity and track key account metrics both financial and operational
· Report on account status and any risks to long term retention
· Assist with challenging client requests and issue escalations as needed
