As a Senior Associate Physiotherapist, you’ll join Dynamic Movement Therapy as a self-employed associate, delivering high-quality musculoskeletal physiotherapy and rehabilitation within our growing private practice.
Working alongside the Clinical Director and wider team, you’ll provide exceptional patient care while benefiting from an established referral network, dedicated reception support, modern facilities and a collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Practice
- Assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Deliver evidence-based hands-on treatment and rehabilitation.
- Develop structured treatment plans with clear patient goals.
- Educate patients to promote long-term recovery and self-management.
- Recommend appropriate follow-up care based on clinical need.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
Rehabilitation & Movement
- Deliver rehabilitation, strength and Physio-led Pilates classes.
- Adapt exercises to meet individual patient needs.
- Integrate movement and exercise into patients’ rehabilitation programmes.
- Support the development of new rehabilitation services and group classes.
Patient Experience
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience at every appointment.
- Communicate professionally and compassionately.
- Maintain high clinical standards and professionalism.
- Build strong, long-term patient relationships.

Team Contribution
- Work collaboratively with the Clinical Director and wider team.
- Contribute ideas to improve patient care and clinical services.

Essential Requirements
- HCPC Registered Physiotherapist.
- Minimum three years’ post-graduate MSK experience.
- Previous experience in private practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong hands-on assessment and rehabilitation skills.
- Experience delivering rehabilitation, Pilates or strength-based classes.
- Excellent organisation and time management.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Desirable
- APPI Pilates or equivalent qualification.
- Strength & Conditioning or Sports Rehabilitation qualifications.
- Experience supporting colleagues or contributing to service development.
