As a Registered Nurse, you will:

Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents

Administer and manage medication in line with best practice

Complete clinical assessments and care plan reviews
-
Provide wound care and support with complex nursing needs
-
Work closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals
-
Lead and support care teams during your shift
-
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
-
Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing for every resident
- £21.87 per hour

39 hours per week

Day or Night Shifts Available
-
12-hour shifts on a rota covering 7 days per week
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
-
Previous nursing experience within a care home or healthcare setting
-
Experience supporting older people and individuals living with dementia is desirable

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A caring, compassionate and professional approach

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Available to work every other weekend .
