The restaurant and cafe at Safari MK are looking for a new kitchen porter to join the award-winning kitchen team. This is a wonderful family-run business to work for.
There are 2 parts to this kitchen role:
Firstly, we need someone to ensure the dishwasher and the area is kept clean and tidy. It is a manual job so you need to enjoy working hard. It is busy so expect hard work but it is a fun team to work in.
Secondly we need someone who wants to learn and this would be a great opportunity to start learning about food preparation in a great kitchen.
We are looking for a dedicated person to join our kitchen team on Saturday and Sundays and help us set a fantastic standard in the leisure industry. There are NO late evenings, the shift will normally end at 8pm
We will give you all the training you need to work in a wonderful kitchen team. YOU just need to be want to learn and enjoy being part of a brilliant team and be prepared to learn all aspects of a kitchen assistant. it is a fun team and a lovely commercial kitchen to work in
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
- Can-do attitude and willingness to step up and help wherever needed
- Passion for learning how a kitchen works and is kept clean
- A desire to keep learning and help wherever needed. We hope, with the right person, this role will grow with the business
