Weekend Showroom Host / Receptionist
Location: Jaguar Land Rover Swansea
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time
Hours: 12.5 hours per week

Saturday: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Sunday: 11:00am to 4:00pm

Optional weekday hours may be available to cover absences
Pay: £12.80 per hour
The Opportunity
At Jaguar Land Rover Swansea, our Showroom Hosts are the face of the business and play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience. This is far more than a traditional reception role. As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you'll help ensure our showroom operates smoothly while delivering a warm, professional welcome that leaves a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers and visitors to the dealership

Introduce customers to the relevant departments and team members

Answer incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries appropriately

Support dealership events, promotions, and customer activities

Provide general administrative support as required
About You
We are looking for someone who:

Has a friendly, professional, and approachable manner

Enjoys working with people and building rapport quickly

Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service

Is confident, organised, and self-motivated

Has previous customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)

Presents themselves professionally and creates a positive first impression
