We’re looking for a team of enthusiastic stewards to help us run the world’s largest philosophy and music festival - HowTheLightGetsIn London 2026. If you would like the opportunity to hear some of the world’s leading thinkers, plus access to incredible live music, then we want to hear from you! In return for two 5-6 hour steward shifts, you will get a festival pass which gets you access to all the festival's incredible debates and events. Stewards get 1 free hot meal per shift worked as well as a great discount at the many festival eateries!
On shift, stewards help keep the festival tick - check tickets, man the doors of events and act as the first contact point for all our visitors. Shifts are full on and fast paced, but also very rewarding and the friends you make on the stewarding team are ones that last! Every steward can request a professional reference to document this valuable and varied experience for future employers.
