Key Duties
Contact existing and potential B2B customers by phone and email to introduce our products and promotions.
Build and maintain genuine relationships with trade clients.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
Keep up to date with our product range and pricing.
Record and manage customer details accurately.
Work with the team to achieve sales goals and grow our client base.

Experience & Skills
Previous experience in sales or customer service (B2B or retail) preferred but not essential.
Confident phone manner and friendly, approachable attitude.
Strong communication and organisation skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
Basic computer skills for managing orders and customer records.

Hours & Pay
Hours: 9am – 3pm (flexible)
Pay: Basic salary + bonus for every new client you bring on
