We are looking for an experienced and qualified Electrician/Maintenance Operative who is reliable, trustworthy, friendly and self-motivated. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will deliver great customer service to our holiday guests and be the friendly face of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities
· Complete electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in our facilities, fleet and owner’s Holiday homes.
· Diagnose and resolve electrical faults.
· Check on list of jobs assigned at agreed times then carry them out.
· Take on any urgent, short-notice jobs without major impact on job schedule
· Carry out fault-finding in a mixture of settings (commercial and domestic)
· Ensuring status of jobs is reported to maintenance manager in a timely manner.
· Carry out maintenance, repair, and renewal jobs within the park.
· Respond promptly to customer problems and jobs.
· Examine any reported faults or breakages then repair them to a high standard, sourcing any parts required, recording actions taken and liaising with other team as required.
· Maintain vehicle in a good state of cleanliness inside and out and driving at legal and appropriate speeds.
· Complete all types of maintenance jobs including electrical, minor plumbing and joinery tasks and all manner of small tasks that arise within our hire fleet lodges to ensure all our caravans are in good shape for the next guests checking in.
What we’re looking for:
· City & Guilds 2365 Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent), Certificate including the National Electrotechnical Training (NET) AM2 certificate.
· Demonstrable experience working in the electrical industry
· Interpersonal skills
· 18th edition REGS
· Experienced in electrics in both commercial and domestic environments
· Good organisational & planning skills
· Methodical approach with good attention to detail
· Problem-solving abilities
· Team player
· Ability to turn your hand to most things on a maintenance level that may arise within our hotel and hire fleet accommodations
· Full UK Driving license
Experience & Skills
· Previous experience in repair and maintenance.
· Excellent communication skills
· Skilled handyperson
· Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised.
· Self-motivated and organised.
