The Lewis Partnership is looking to recruit a Supervisor to assist in overseeing and managing our country pub The Dog and Doublet, Sandon.
What are we looking for?
- Individuals who have a drive to provide excellent customer service
- An individual who will ensure that each guest feels welcome and appreciated
- Someone who is committed, enthusiastic and self motivated
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role
- Someone who has a passion for food and beverage
- An individual with experience in cellar management is preferred
- A great leader with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Due to the rural location of The Dog and Doublet, having your own transport is essential

- Salary: £13.21 per hour plus an equal share of gratuities.
- Hours: minimum 35 hours per week, 4-5 days over 7

Experience:
- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
