The Role
As Chef de Partie, you'll play an important role in delivering consistently high standards while continuing to grow and develop as a chef.
You'll work across a variety of services, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts, giving you the opportunity to broaden your experience and skillset while working with fresh food and ingredients every day.
Shift Information
- Shifts vary between breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
- Breakfast shifts can start as early as 6:30am.
- Lunch shifts typically start between 10:00am and 11:00am.
- Dinner service shifts generally start at 5:00pm.
- The kitchen is usually closed, cleaned down, and finished by approximately 9:30pm, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
- Later starts are available throughout the week.
- Applicants must be able to reliably travel to work for early morning starts when required.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for food and a desire to continuously improve.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen at Commis Chef or Chef de Partie level preferred.
- Ambition to develop and progress within the industry.

- Competitive hourly rate, with flexibility depending on experience.
- Service charge paid on top of your hourly rate, currently averaging approximately £2 per hour additional earnings.
