TST Group are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a STILL GX-X forklift to move, load, unload, and store materials within our warehouse and yard while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Working Monday to Saturday with one Saturday on three on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a STILL GX-X forklift safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload deliveries from lorries and containers.
- Move stock to designated storage locations.
- Pick, stage, and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Carry out daily pre-use inspections and report any defects.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and site rules.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Assist with general warehouse duties when required.
Requirements
- Valid forklift licence/certification (Counterbalance or appropriate licence).
- Previous experience operating a STILL GX-X or similar forklift.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations.
- Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
Desirable
- Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating a STILL GX-X or similar forklift.
