The Role
We are a family-run business based in the West Midlands specialising in refrigeration and air conditioning, with over 35 years of experience. Operating across the West Midlands, our team of ten engineers delivers installation, servicing, and repair solutions.
We support a wide range of organisations, including restaurant chains, hotels, football stadiums, as well as retail and manufacturing companies.
We are looking for an organised and proactive Service Coordinator / Engineer Scheduler to join our team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and coordinating daily workloads for engineers
- Managing service, maintenance, and installation bookings
- Prioritising urgent and reactive jobs effectively
- Acting as the main point of contact between customers and engineers
- Liaising with clients to provide updates and resolve queries
- Optimising engineer routes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensuring all jobs are completed within agreed timeframes
- Maintaining accurate service records and job documentation
Skills & Experience:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in scheduling or coordination (preferred)
- Experience within a refrigeration or air conditioning service environment (advantageous)
