ROLE: Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias
HOURS: 40 hours per week
LOCATION: Portsmouth, Hampshire PO3 5PQ

We're looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to deliver electrical and basic mechanical maintenance activities across site infrastructure and building services systems.
Role Responsibilities:-
Carry out electrical maintenance, fault finding and repair on plant, equipment and building services systems

Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks and respond to reactive maintenance requests to minimise disruption to site operations

Support maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment including pumps, motors, fans, belts, and bearings

Assist with HVAC systems, motors, drives, and mechanical plant, diagnosing faults and implementing effective repairs

Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations, maintaining accurate maintenance records and supporting minor installations and upgrades
Required Qualifications:-
Qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)

Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience

Practical knowledge of mechanical plant and equipment

Experience working within facilities management, building services, or industrial environments

Good understanding of health, safety, and compliance requirements
