Duties
- Conduct comprehensive risk analysis by examining financial data, market trends, and economic indicators to identify potential threats.
- Develop and refine data models using tools like VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) to automate risk assessment processes and improve accuracy.
- Perform quantitative analysis to evaluate credit, market, and operational risks across various financial products and portfolios.
- Utilize statistical techniques and statistics to interpret complex datasets, uncover patterns, and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate risk mitigation strategies that align with organizational goals.
Experience
- Proven experience in banking or financial services with a focus on risk analysis or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in data mining, data modeling, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to apply quantitative analysis methods effectively within a financial context.
- Skilled in using VBA or similar programming languages for data automation and modeling tasks.
- Solid understanding of risk management principles, including credit, market, and operational risks.
Pay: £82,000.00 per year
