We are looking for a passionate and organised Creative Enterprise Lead to join our team in Horley. This is a hands-on, rewarding role where you will combine creativity, business thinking, and high-quality support to empower individuals to build skills, confidence, and independence.
In this role, you will work directly with people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health challenges, and acquired brain injuries, supporting them to engage in meaningful enterprise activities and achieve their personal goals. Your work will play a vital part in helping individuals develop independence, self-esteem, and real-life skills through creative and work-based projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day enterprise activities
- Support individuals to take part in creative and work-based projects
- Develop new product ideas and pricing structures
- Process online orders and manage enterprise emails
- Organise and attend market stalls
- Manage stock, including stock counts and transfers between locations
- Maintain records and spreadsheets
- Order supplies and materials
- Support individuals to achieve their personal goals
- Provide person-centred support that promotes independence and dignity

- Empathetic, patient, and understanding of people with diverse needs
- Organised and confident managing tasks such as emails, stock, and records
