TMR Cleaning Services Ltd is a construction cleaning company specialising in builders cleans, sparkle cleans, welfare cleaning, window cleaning and show home cleaning across the South West. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional standards, reliability and outstanding customer service.
As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced, motivated and organised Cleaning Manager to oversee our construction cleaning operations and help drive the business forward.
The Role
This is a hands-on management position where you'll be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly, teams are supported and our clients receive the highest standard of service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple construction cleaning sites.
- Lead, motivate and support cleaning teams.
- Carry out regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Liaise with site managers, clients and contractors.
- Organise staffing levels and daily work schedules.
- Recruit new team members.
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Monitor stock and equipment.
- Help improve systems and drive continuous business growth.
- Be available to respond to staff and client queries when required.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous management or supervisory experience within the cleaning industry (construction cleaning experience preferred).
- Has excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Is confident managing people and solving problems.
- Can remain calm under pressure.
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional standards.
- Is reliable, trustworthy and professional.
- Is flexible with working hours when projects require it.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
- Someone who can build good working relationships.
