Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our culinary team at The Lawrence Hotel in GB. This role is vital in supporting our kitchen operations and ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant and event services. Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen cleanliness to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Support chefs with basic cooking tasks as needed.
- Ensure all kitchen areas are organized and sanitized.
- Help with stock rotation and inventory management.
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Support the team during busy service periods.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or kitchen environment is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
