Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets and operational goals effectively.
- Supervise daily activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to optimise performance.
- Organise merchandising displays to maximise visual appeal and sales potential.
- Maintain excellent communication with team members, management, and customers through professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Oversee stock levels, organise inventories, and coordinate replenishment activities.
- Monitor team adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and organisational procedures.
- Assist in resolving customer queries or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support recruitment processes by participating in interviews and onboarding new staff members.
- Prepare reports on team performance, sales figures, and operational issues for senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven management or supervisory experience within retail or sales environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Experience in merchandising, sales management, or retail management is preferred.
- Demonstrated time management skills with the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Administrative experience including report writing, scheduling, and record keeping.
- Professional phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously at all times.
