Reuse Technician + FLT Counterbalance Driver
Salary: £14 per hour / £34,650 per year per annum + profit share programme
Location: North Hykeham, Lincoln.
Our HQ is just a short walk from Hykeham train station, making it ideal if you live in Lincoln, North Hykeham or Newark. If you drive an electric vehicle, you'll also benefit from on-site EV charging.

The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Reuse Team Leader to join the Reuseabox team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within a rapidly growing, purpose-led business.
As Reuse Team Leader, you'll lead by example on the warehouse floor, supporting the day-to-day operation while motivating and developing a team of Reuse Technicians. You'll ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards, helping us achieve our ambitious growth plans and environmental mission.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support the daily activities of the Reuse warehouse team, ensuring productivity, quality and safety targets are achieved.
- Supervise, coach and develop team members, providing training, guidance and regular feedback.
- Allocate daily workloads and ensure resources are used effectively to meet operational priorities.
- Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or collection.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including Counterbalance FLTs.
- Receive, inspect, process and rework stock before putting it into storage.
- Carry out quality checks to ensure reused products meet Reuseabox standards.
- Promote and maintain excellent housekeeping and a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity and quality.
- Work closely with the Factory Manager and wider Operations team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Lead by example, demonstrating Reuseabox values in everything you do.
Experience & Skills
- Current Counterbalance FLT licence (essential).
- Previous experience working within a busy warehouse or logistics environment.
- Previous experience leading, supervising or mentoring a warehouse team.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and Health & Safety requirements.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using warehouse systems and completing operational paperwork where required.
